Below are the rates charged by contractor for services based on collection:

A.  Flat rate of $1,350.00 for collections up to $40,000.00            

B.  3.25% on the collections of $40,001.00 to $100,000.0              

C.  3.00% on collections of $100,001.00 to $150,000.00                 

D  2.50% on the collections of $150,001.00 to $250,000.00          

E.  2.0% on collections over $250,001.00
