Below are the rates charged by contractor for services based on collection:

A.  Flat rate of $1400.00 for collections up to $40,000.00          

B.  3.00% on the collections of $40,001.00 to $150,000.00        

C.  2.50% on collections of $150,001.00 to $200,000.00             

D.  2.0% on collections over $200,000.00
