About Us

Heather Mitchell has spent her entire career in the dental industry starting from a family deeply rooted in dentistry and growing into a leader in dental billing and operations. Heather went to college for  Business Management and combines hands on industry experience with a strong understanding of the business side of dental practices.

After owning and operating a dental management company,  Heather moved into dental billing and consulting, where she helped build and lead Oral Surgery and DSO billing divisions for a large dental billing company. Most recently, she centralized billing operations for a 100+ location DSO, successfully supporting more than 95 practices. This work led to lower outstanding A/R, improved workflows, and increased revenue across the organization. Known for being practical, collaborative, and results driven, Heather is well versed in consulting, payer negotiations, and optimizing operations to help dental practices and DSOs run more efficiently and profitably.
